A partnership to savour in every cup
Specifically, this exclusive partnership means that each coffee you drink in the aisles of Le Paris Café Festival will be prepared with filtered water and optimized by BRITA. This water will be made available to exhibitors free of charge and will be made to measure according to the extraction method used, be it filter or espresso. BRITA is also a partner of the French SCA Coffee Championships, the tests of which will take place during the festival.
Water quality: anything but a minor detail
Your cup of coffee is 98% water. Whatever method is used, it is therefore essential to use good quality water to hope to make good coffee. To meet this requirement, BRITA offers professionals in the coffee and restaurant industries a range of products allowing them to obtain water with tailor-made minerality and an ideal pH to enhance hot drinks.

Water suitable for brewing coffee, by percolation or by gentle extraction, is better for machines but above all it is better in the mouth and aromas preserved in the cup.
