Coffee Mixologists™ is a competition that will see teams of high-flying baristas and bartenders face off during the whole festival. The goal: conjuring, in a fun and light-hearted atmosphere, the ultimate coffee cocktail to represent Paris. The idea behind all this? Bringing together like never before the meticulous and perfectionist world of baristas and the creative and quirky universe of bartenders.
How does it work ?
The Participants: During the 3 days, 6 teams made of Paris’ (and elsewhere) crème de la crème of bartenders and baristas, all invited by the festival’s organizers, will face off in front of a crowd on the CENTQUATRE-PARIS stage.
The Challenges: Each team must devise an original coffee-based cocktail created especially for Le Paris Café Festival. To level the playing field, the participants will start with the same array of Monin syrups to conceive their cocktail.
The Goal: To seduce both the crowd and the panel of judges, the contestants will have to use their creativity to make a delicious cocktail, but also wow them with their panache if they hope to be victorious. The winners will be announced at the end of the Festival. Cheers!
